Blue Yoghurt – basic recipe – I have used Blue Spirulina Powder from Raw Nice. My basic yoghurts recipes are so easy to make. Two ingredients, and you have made the most beautiful colored yoghurts. You can use whatever kind of yoghurt you prefer. Vegan or non-vegan, it’s up to you. I use the yoghurts alone, or I combine the with fruit, chia or smoothies. They give a colorful boost to everyday life. The next couple of days, I will post my recipes for orange, pink and purple yoghurt. They are, like this blue yoghurt, a no brainer. Enjoy.
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Blue Spirulina Powder from Raw Nice
- Mix yoghurt and powder. If there is clumps from the powder, set is aside for a few minutes. Then the powder begins to "melt" and makes it easier to get an even color without clumps from the powder.
