Basic Chia Pudding

This recipe for Basic Chia Pudding is my to go to chia pudding recipe. I usually use it as an easy breakfast, or combine it with one om my smoothie recipes. I also like to experiment with different colors and flavors. It is so easy to make all sorts of variations.

Basic Chia Pudding

Ingredienser

  • 1 cup coconut almond or cashew milk
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoon agave syrup

Sådan gør du

  • Mix together chia seeds, milk and agave syrup.
  • Let it sit for 5-20 minutes. Stir it, to make sure that there aren’t any clumps of chia.
  • Cover the mixture, put it in the fridge, and let it sit for at least one hour, or overnight.
