Blue Chia Pudding

I love chia pudding, it’s so easy to make. I the variations you can make color wise, If you don’t have the powders from Raw Nice, you can just use food colouring or make your own coloring. Beet root juice gives such a nice color. Blue Chia Pudding – I have used Blue Spirulina Powder from Raw Nice. Want to another color, try one of these colors: pink, purple and orange.

Purple Yoghurt – basic recipe – I have used Butterfly Pea Powder from Raw Nice. Purple has been my favorite color for as long as I can remember. This Butterfly Pea Powder is like magic, I will show you some day, what I mean by magic. I think I also need to make a post about these powders. One of the reasons, I use them, is because of the vibrant colors, and that they are natural food coloring.

Orange Yoghurt – basic recipe – I have used Dunaliella Salina Powder from Raw Nice. How can you not like this yoghurt, I love the color. I love to combine the orange yoghurt with a mango/pineapple smoothie, orange in orange. It’s like a big bowl of sunshine. Try and decorate the yoghurt with different kind of seeds, to add a little crunch to it. Or maybe some dried fruits, which you can actually make yourself, I will try and see, if I can make a post about diy dried fruits.

You can use whatever kind of yoghurt you prefer. Vegan or non-vegan, it’s up to you. I use the yoghurts alone, or I combine the with fruit, chia or smoothies.
